The Haydon Kerk DCM4826 IDEA Stepper Motor Drive is ideal for controlling both rotary stepper motors and stepper motor based linear actuator systems using a simple “pulse”, “direction”, and “enable” signal from a stepper motor control board. Input voltage to the drive is 12-48 VDC. The stepper motor drive can provide a load current of 2.6A rms per phase. The PDE signals are optically isolated from the rest of the drive, providing the ability to reference a separate electrical ground.
